PUBLIC NOTICE - OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN AMENDMENT & ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT
Regina City Council, at their April 22, 2026 meeting, starting at 1:00 p.m., will facilitate a public hearing respecting the following:
- Proposed amendments to The Regina Zoning Bylaw, 2019
(application to rezone property, as described below) - Proposed amendment to Design Regina: The Official Community Plan, 2013: Amend OCP Part B.0 – Area Specific Policies, by deleting Section 2.4. The existing open space, combined with the proposed rezoning, satisfies this section of Part B; therefore, it is no longer required.
Citizens who want to address City Council may attend the meeting in person or via teleconference.
- Please register by completing the online form on Regina.ca/register.
- The deadline to register is no later than April 20, 2026 – 12:00 p.m.
- A written brief, in advance, is required to present at a City Council meeting.
A copy of the proposed bylaw will be available for examination on the City’s website, commencing April 17, 2026.
