waste plan annually to the City of Regina via our website. Your
waste plan must include hauling and processing information. Encourage occupants to recycle their
glass containers. The City of Regina has partnered with SARCAN Recycling to offer residents an
additional option for recycling non-refundable glass containers like pickle jars and jam jars.
Glass is a challenging material to recover from co-mingled recycling programs due to potential
breakage. Glass taken to SARCAN ensures that the containers remain intact and are recycled. Reach
