Revitalization of Dewdney Avenue Continues in 2025
ere will be road closures throughout the construction season to ensure worker and resident safety,
but local businesses in the Warehouse District are open. To help
residents access these businesses, walkways along the north side of Dewdney Avenue and free parking
in the Yards Neighbourhood site will be available throughout the 2025 construction season. Drivers
can access parking on the Yards via either Hamilton Street or Scarth Street, depending on the phase
of construction. On-site signage will be posted to support wayfinding to the pedestrian walkway and
the Yards parking. The City will also provide advance notice of changes to road closures and
traffic restrictions as work progresses. Residents can also check the Road Report at
Regina.ca/roads for current traffic restrictions. The Road Report continues to be integrated
directly into Waze, which populates closures onto Google Maps, allowing drivers to access this
