The fee for a principal residence unit is $100 annually The fee for a secondary property is $300 annually How long is a Residential Short-Term Accommodation Licence valid for? Residential short-term accommodation licences are valid for one year from date of purchase and must be renewed annually. How do I renew my Residential Short-Term Accommodation Licence? Residential short-term accommodation licence renewals are sent one month prior to expiry. Renewals may be paid online, by mail, phone or in person at City Hall.
