Protocol The Office of the City Clerk is responsible for planning and conducting official ceremonies, visits from members of the Royal Family, Lieutenant Governor, foreign heads of state and government, and consults and advises on protocol matters, including forms of address, flag raisings, proclamations and gift exchanges.
