Starting March 1, paid parking downtown will transition to PayByPhone.

Parking regulations are in effect 24 hours a day.
- Paid on-street parking zones are in effect from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- On-street parking is free after 5 p.m. on weekdays, all day Saturdays (subject to the two-hour limit), Sundays and all statutory holidays.
- Parking rates are $2 per hour in regular zones and $1 per 15 minutes for loading zones.
We are asking residents to do their part to make our roads and streets safe. If you are not using your vehicle, please park in driveways or garages.

There are fines in place for individuals and/or corporations who do not comply with the regulations within the Traffic Bylaw. Fines can reach up to $5,000.

Did you know that as of November 1, if you have a motor home, tent trailer, fifth wheel trailer, boat, or other recreational type vehicle, it needs to be removed from your front yard? This includes driveways and front yard parking stalls. They are welcome to come back out of hibernation as of April 1.
