Fireworks
Low hazard recreational fireworks can only be purchased within Regina city limits up to 10 days prior to Victoria Day, Canada Day or New Year’s Day. No person shall set off low hazard recreational fireworks within Regina city limits unless it is part of a fireworks display with a permit is issued by the Fire Marshal and the event conducted by a licensed Fireworks Supervisor, Pyrotechnician or Special Effects Pyrotechnician.

Flying Lanterns
Flying lanterns/sky lanterns are not permitted to be launched within city limits.
