We have been celebrating I Love Regina for 23 years and are proud to keep the party going for 2025! The I Love Regina festivities continue as we head back into Victoria Park for the much anticipated I Love Regina Day!
I Love Regina Day is set to take place Saturday, August 23, at Victoria Park and the Pat Fiacco Plaza. This free event celebrates everything that makes Regina a great place to live, is fun for everyone, and is a fantastic way to show your love for our community.

Apply today as an Exhibitor to get a booth for your community group or organization or as a Performer to show off your talents on our I Love Regina Day Stage. Together, we can showcase the diverse talents, programs and services our vibrant city has to offer.
Exhibitor Booth – What's Included:

For Everyone!
All Participant Requirements:
All Exhibitors and Performers must:
- Be based in Regina;
- Not exclude anyone because of religion, national or ethnic origin, colour, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, or mental or physical disability. This does not preclude those organizations that restrict services to a particular sector of the community for reasons of improving the conditions of disadvantaged individuals or groups according to Section 15 (1) (2) of the Charter of Rights;
- Not use the I Love Regina Day exhibitor or performance spaces for the furtherance of an organization’s religious and political mandate;
- Not contradict any bylaw or policy of the City in any way;
- Not compromise the City’s reputation or public image;
- Be considered in good standing by the City of Regina;
- Follow City of Regina brand guidelines for use of the City of Regina or I Love Regina logos;
- City of Regina logos may not be used on merchandise or swag items without the expressed permission of the City of Regina. Logo use requests can be sent to brand@regina.ca.
- Read and sign the event Terms & Conditions in this Application Package.
For Exhibitors!
Exhibitor Requirements:
- All exhibitors must have a free activation, interactive, or engagement component to their booth (e.g. games, treats, mascot, prizes, activity, etc.).
- Exhibitors may not charge event participants to participate at their booth.
- Only non-profit and charitable organizations may sell a small amount of fundraising merchandise to offset their activation costs. However, the primary purpose of the booth must remain the activation.
- All exhibitor locations are on the grass in Victoria Park. If you require pavement for your booth, please contact the event organizer.
- All exhibitors must be set up and ready by 9 a.m.
- All tents must be staked down or secured with weights.
- All signage and display items must be secured.
- Nothing may be hung from or attached to the trees.
- If a vehicle is part of your display, please indicate this in your application or contact the event organizer. Vehicles may not be parked on the grass. We cannot guarantee space for display vehicles at this year’s event.
- All exhibitors must appropriately plan for and remain open until the conclusion of the event at 3 p.m.
- In alignment with Regina’s Energy & Sustainability Framework, the City of Regina encourages exhibitors to limit the use of paper flyers and single-use plastics. Please help keep our parks clean by using the waste bins throughout the park.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own load in & out.
- All mascots must be approved by the event organizer in advance.
- Exhibitors that include live animals must be approved before participation. Any live animals showing distress (e.g. excessive barking, skittish or aggressive behaviour, etc.) during the event will be asked to leave.
- Priority will be given to local non-profits & charities and local businesses.
Applications received by the Early Bird Deadline will receive:
- Early promotion on the I Love Regina Day website
- Priority booth placement
Please note there will be no access to power or water at your booth. You are responsible for your own tent, infrastructure, signage, and load in/out equipment. If you require assistance or accommodations, please indicate this in your application.
By submitting this application, your exhibitor space is not guaranteed. You will be contacted by the Event Organizer to confirm if your application is selected for this year’s I Love Regina Day.
For Performers!
Performer or Demonstration Requirements:
- Must be able to fill at least one 15-minute time slot.
- Must fit on the I Love Regina Day Stage – approx. 24' x 20'.
- Must bring their own pre-recorded music for their performance, played from a personal electronic device.
- Musicians must bring their own instruments and backline.
- Performers are responsible for their own load in/out.
Available performance time slots are limited and are selected based on a variety of diverse acts. By submitting this application, your performance is not guaranteed. You will be contacted by the Event Specialist to confirm if your application is selected for this year’s I Love Regina Day.

Approval Process
Applicants must be approved before participating in I Love Regina Day. If you have not been contacted with an approval confirmation within 10 business days of submitting your application, please reach out to iloveregina@regina.ca. Your participation is not associated with being an event sponsor.
The City of Regina has the right to deny any individual, organization, group, or business participation in I Love Regina Day and City retains the right in its sole discretion to select exhibitors, partners, performers and demonstrations that meet the requirements of this application and align with the purpose and intent of the event and the strategic goals of the City. See “Terms & Conditions” for additional details.
Once the City has approved an Applicant, information on exhibitor booth locations in Victoria Park and/or performance times, set-up instructions, drop-off locations, and parking will be provided closer to the event date.
Applicants will also be notified if there is an event cancellation or alteration due to poor weather conditions.
If you can no longer participate in I Love Regina Day, you must provide the event organizer with at least ten (10) business days’ notice. No-shows without communication the day of the event will result in a status change to “not in good standing” for future events organized by the City of Regina.
The City recommends that Applicants purchase insurance to protect against any risks associated with their activity and that they see an insurance broker to discuss their insurance needs.
