Mass Notification SystemNotifyButton

Emergencies can happen anytime.

Now, when an emergency happens, whether it be city-wide or neighbourhood-specific, Regina is ready to respond. With the push of a button, the City of Regina can reach thousands of residents with necessary and timely information to help ensure their personal health and safety.

Notifynow lets you know what to do, where to go and what to expect during an emergency with a message sent directly to your landline, cell phone, or email.

How it works

When an emergency alert is issued by the City of Regina, you will receive a voice message to your home, work or cell phone; an email; or a text message, depending on your preference.

To receive notifications, you must have contact information entered into the database. You can do this by signing up for notifynow online.

If you do not sign up, you may still be contacted if your home phone number is publicly listed in the 2015/2016 SaskTel phonebook.

Tell us how you would like to be notified

You can customize the way you receive notifications. These options include:

  • Text message
  • Voice call to a landline or cell phone
  • Email

It is recommended that each person in a household signs up for notifications individually. Local businesses are also encouraged to sign up.

Still not sure if you’re ready to sign up? Learn more about the notifynow program through our Q&As. You can also check out information about how the notification system works by reading the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

The information you provide is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of City notifications.

The system is sponsored by Co-op Refinery Complex.
