ss Program, the Affordable Pass Program allows lower-income residents access to a discounted
monthly fare pass. To find out more information or apply visit
Affordable Access Program. Fare Assistance Program The Fare Assistance Program provides eligible
non-profit organizations with bus rides and passes at no cost. Organizations are scored on how the
organization/program provides community support, the reason assistance is required, management and
accountability of usage logs and if the organization receives other forms of transportation
assistance. Follow the steps below to apply: • Carefully read the eligibility and criteria at the
top of the application document • Complete the Umo Card Usage Log • Applications for the program
will be accepted from November 1 to November 30 each year. Follow the instructions and submit your
application form here. Submit Your Application Discounted 31-Day Pass The City of Regina and the
Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services partner to offer a discounted pass program for eligible
low-income earners in Regina for $28. Discounted 31-Day Passes are available to people
participating in one of the following provincial programs: • Saskatchewan Assured Income for
Disability (SAID) • Saskatchewan Income Support (SIS) • Saskatchewan Employment Supplement (SES) •
Saskatchewan Employment Incentive (SEI) For details on how to get your discounted 31-Day Pass,
contact the Transit Information Centre (306-777-7433). Child Pass On August 5, 2025, all Children
13 and under riding Regina Transit without a fare-paying adult will be required to have a valid
child transit pass, which must be scanned when boarding the bus. This new pass will confirm
eligibility for those who ride for free and will provide valuable ridership data to ensure transit
resources are allocated where they are needed the most. The pass will be available on an Umo card
or through the Umo Mobility app. Please visit the Transit
Information Centre at 2124 11th Avenue to provide proof of age to confirm your eligibility.
