City of Regina transitions to PayByPhone for downtown parking starting March 1
as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. More information, including step-by-step instructions guiding
residents through the new system, is available at Regina.ca/PayByPhone. This change was approved through the City’s 2026–2027
budget deliberations, which included the removal of coin payment for downtown on-street parking.
The move supports a shift toward more efficient, digital service options. The City thanks residents
for their patience during this change.
