Regina. This value is used to calculate property taxes and is be based on a number of factors,
including the approximate market value, the size of the property and its location.

Launched the Coopertown development, Regina’s largest planned neighbourhood,which will span 1,800
acres and provide housing for up to 36,000 residents. As part of its Infrastructure
accomplishments, the City: Completed major upgrades on Dewdney Avenue, delivering upgraded
underground infrastructure, new roads, widened sidewalks, enhanced
activation areasand improved lighting. The project has turned Dewdney Avenue into a more liveable
and walkable area for residents and patrons alike. Completed the Water Network Expansion Project,
amajor three-year project that will allow improved water service levels for Regina’s east end.
Issued an RFP for the Taylor Field site to support the development of infrastructure in this area.
