Organizations are scored on various aspects including how the organization/program provides community support, why assistance is required and if the organization receives other forms of transportation assistance. Follow the steps below to apply:
- Carefully read the eligibility and criteria at the top of the application document
- Complete the Umo Card Usage Log
- Applications for the program will be accepted from November 1 to November 30 each year. Follow the instructions and submit your application form here.
