The City of Regina offers three types of certificates to support property transactions, redevelopment planning and due diligence:
- Building Compliance Certificate

- Zoning Certification Letter

- Building Siting Certificate

These certificates provide official information about zoning regulations, building activity and compliance with municipal bylaws. They are useful for:
- Prospective buyers confirming compliance before purchasing a property.

- Real estate professionals, developers or consultants verifying land use regulations.

- Current property owners seeking clarification on building or zoning status.

You do not need to be the registered owner to request these certificates, but written authorization is required if you are not listed on the land title.
