To arrange a next day inspection, please submit the request form prior to 3 p.m. You will receive a phone call from the Inspector to book a time for the inspection between 7:30 and 9 a.m. the morning of the requested date.
Residential Inspections include one or two unit dwellings (including semi-detached and duplexes), all residential decks and accessory buildings (including those serving multi-family dwellings).
Statutory Holiday Notice The City does not conduct inspections on statutory holidays. If you book an inspection immediately before a statutory holiday, inspection timelines may be extended by one business day, as inspections are not available until the next business day.
