Pre-development consultations are an opportunity for designers and owner(s) to discuss general questions related to an upcoming building or development permit application with the City of Regina. This consultation will provide guidance on application types and their submission requirements based on the proposed scope of work.

Discussions may include zoning information and process clarification. These meetings are intended to provide guidance on City resource materials related to building and development permits and improve the quality of future applications.

For meetings to discuss specific details related to comprehensive working drawings submit a Pre-Application Meeting request.
