City Operations

The Citizen Operations division adopts an outside-in perspective to deliver reliable services to our customers and the community. We take the opportunity to apply learnings and to be collaborative in how we deliver citizen services.

Our division adopts a customer-focused approach to deliver reliable services to our community. We work together to build and maintain safe roads, provide sustainable transportation, water, waste and environmental services to our community, and public safety programs that preserve and enhance life, property and the environment.

City Operations oversees three operational areas:

  • Roadways & Transportation
  • Transit
  • Water, Waste & Environmental Services
