Recreate YQR
The City of Regina is excited to offer the Recreate YQR after school program. Recreate YQR is an inclusive, free, after school registered program for kids grade K-8. Kids can play, learn and keep active in an environment that develops and fosters creativity and positive self-image.
To comply with public health requirements and ensure safety for all participants, their families, and City staff, modifications have been made to the program, including:
- enhanced cleaning and sanitizing measures;
- introduction of games and activities that incorporate social distancing protocols and minimize contact between participants and with staff;
- maximum of 15 participants per site; and
- designated zones for drop-off and pick-up.
Registration
While typically a drop-in program, to adapt to current public health guidelines related to COVID-19, pre-registration is now required. Once registered, participants may attend Monday to Friday until the end of the session.
Register Online or call the City of Regina PlayLine at 306-777-PLAY (7529). For help registering online, follow these instructions.
After registering, please complete a Waiver and a Participant Information Form with Photo Release and return it to the program location on the first day your child(ren) attends Recreate YQR.
