is after January, your first installment will be adjusted with a “catch up” amount to ensure there
is no balance remaining on the account at the end of the year. Withdrawals are made on the first
business day of each month and payments are automatically updated when the new mill rate is set.
TIPPS payments are non-refundable. Applying for TIPPS Sign up for Tax and Assessment eProperty,
register the property you wish to enroll and follow the steps to sign up for TIPPS. To sign up for
eProperty, you will need an access code. If you do not know your access code, please email
AssessmentTaxation@regina.ca to request one. Your access code will be mailed to you. For security
reasons, access codes cannot be emailed or provided over the phone. Print and complete the TIPPS
Application Form, attach a "void" cheque or bank verification form, and: Email to

City of Regina provides services to get residents in and out from high traffic areas in a fast,
reliable and efficient way. Find a service that works best for you!
High School Service The City of Regina provides special high school service for students travelling
to LeBoldus, Campbell Collegiate, Balfour Collegiate, Miller Comprehensive, Sheldon Williams
Collegiate, Winston Knoll and Riffel high schools. This service provides one trip in the morning to
school and one trip home in the afternoon. Routes will follow existing transit routes where
possible. Students can wait at existing bus stops to catch the bus and in areas where regular
Transit service is not provided, students can flag the bus to stop for them. NOTE: Students
travelling to Thom, O’Neill, Johnson, Martin or Scott can use regular Transit routes. Students
travelling to Campbell can also catch Route 22 - Arcola East - University. NOTE: Route Special 9 at
