Facility Inspection Form
We are closed on all statutory holidays. Please note that if a facility requires a re‑inspection,
an additional fee will apply for each subsequent visit. These fees
support fire and life safety by encouraging facilities to maintain their systems in accordance with
the National Fire Code of Canada, companion standards and The Regina Fire Bylaw. Once payment has
been received, a Fire Inspector will contact you to schedule the inspection. Note: For new
alternative family care homes, a signed building permit from the City is required prior to any
