Tracker Regina's HAF Action Plan The City’s Action Plan outlines 11 initiatives that the City will
undertake to increase housing development in the near and long term. These initiatives were
developed to address some of the specific challenges we are facing. These include building type and
density limitations due to zoning, infrastructure deficiencies and support for non-profit housing
providers. Below are the 11 initiatives in the Action Plan. Click each heading to reveal more
information. 1. Enable high-density housing development within the City Centre. What does this
mean? We need to remove roadblocks to high-density development, in particular restrictions on
building height and eliminating parking requirements. By doing this, it will allow more building

prizes include an electric leaf blower, electric shovel, rain barrel and an electric mulching

wrong items can reduce the quality of good recyclables and compostables and damage sorting
