The most current version is to be used where regulatory reference is made to City bylaws, policies, or other provincial or federal design documents. Designers should use the Design Standards in conjunction with the City of Regina Standard Construction Specifications and Standard Drawings.
The Design Standards include information about the design of water, wastewater, storm water, transportation and open space infrastructure. These standards are comprised of the minimum technical standards that must be met when developing lands in the City of Regina. They also apply to all infrastructure projects that deliver the City new or rehabilitated infrastructure assets.
