  • Public survey was launched to gather resident sentiment to traffic access within Scarth Street Mall.

  • Release of 2023 survey results
  • Background Research and Data Collection
  • Continuation of Community Conversations
    • Pop-up Engagement Sessions at key community activities
      • E.g.: Farmers’ Market and I Love Regina Day
  • Stakeholder sessions

2025

 

January
  • Release What We Learned report along with proposed Vision and Conceptual Design
  • Consultation to refine Vision and Conceptual Design

Spring
  • Recommended Vision and Conceptual Design to be taken forward to City Council

  • More detailed design phases to prepare for construction in 2027.
  • Community conversations will continue to inform design refinements.
