Board of Police Commissioners

The Board of Revision hears appeals against property tax assessments and local improvement assessments. City Centre Core Development Advisory Committee
The City Centre Core Development Advisory Committee aligns the priorities, actions, and efforts of: City of Regina, Regina Downtown Business Improvement District Board, Regina Warehouse Business Improvement District Board, and Regina Exhibition Association Limited.
The Committee guides a collaborative approach between stakeholders, reviews planning applications for projects within the City Centre Core area where unresolved concerns have been identified, and works to find suitable solutions.

The representative must be a Canadian citizen, 18 or older and a full - time Regina resident.
Development Appeals Board
The Development Appeals Board hears appeals for relaxations of the Zoning Bylaw. The process includes hearings where the appellant and City Administration provide evidence and argue their case before the Board with respect to a zoning matter. After the hearing, the Board provides its final written decision to all parties.
