Mayor Sandra Masters
Proudly Saskatchewan, Mayor Masters grew up in the prairies and has called Regina home for more than 20 years. Prior to being elected, she was employed in the agriculture sector. Her professional career has included commercial real estate, banking and financing.

Councillor Cheryl Stadnichuk
Ward 1
Councillor Cheryl Stadnichuk graduated with High Honours in Political Science from the University of Regina and also studied French at Laval University in Quebec City.

Councillor Bob Hawkins
Ward 2
Bob is a member of the Law Societies of Saskatchewan and of Ontario. He holds degrees in law, history and economics from the Universities of Manitoba, Toronto, Oxford, Yale and Université de Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). He was the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate from St. John's College, University of Manitoba and has been honoured with several university teaching awards.

Councillor Andrew Stevens
Ward 3
Councillor Andrew Stevens is an associate professor in the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Regina. He teaches and researches in the areas of labour relations, collective bargaining, migrant labour policy, sociology of work, and political economy. Andrew lives in Cathedral with his wife, Jen, and two children, Logan and Liam.

Councillor Lori Bresciani
Ward 4
Lori has been a resident of Ward 4 for more than 35 years which has given her the knowledge, experience and passion to represent her residents.

Councillor John Findura
Ward 5
After immigrating to Canada from Poland in 1976, John graduated from Miller Comprehensive High School, then joined the Canadian Naval Reserve. He obtained his Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate. He is currently the Manager of Inside Services for Dilawri Group of Companies.

Councillor Daniel LeBlanc
Ward 6
Like most Type A people, Councillor LeBlanc has won a few awards, including graduating law school with distinction, winning the 2020 5km event in the Saskatchewan marathon, and convincing his beautiful wife to marry him.

Councillor Terina Shaw
Ward 7
Being an advocate for people, and strongly determined to bring accountability and transparency of our tax dollars, I am honoured to be the elected official for Ward 7.

Councillor Shanon Zachidniak
Ward 8
Shanon is a passionate community builder who has spent the past decade focused on improving the lives of Regina residents. Her work has included management roles with several community organizations, including: Wascana Solar Co-operative, REACH, and the Regina Farmers’ Market. She has a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor’s in Journalism. Shanon is also a published writer and former ESL teacher.

Councillor Jason Mancinelli
Ward 9
Councillor Mancinelli is co-owner of Driven Automotive and has been a journeyman technician for more than 25 years. Recently, he was named the 2016 Canadian Technician of the Year by a group of his peers through Canadian Auto Repair & Service Magazine.

Councillor Landon Mohl
Ward 10
Landon Mohl was born and raised in Regina and believes in putting its residents first. He spent 11 years installing fire sprinkler systems and another three as a steamfitter and pipefitter. Since 2012, he has been the Southern Saskatchewan Commercial Business Agent for the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters.
