Private Meeting
You can request a private meeting with Mayor Fougere. Send a written request by mail, fax or e-mail which includes the subject matter and/or issues you wish to discuss, who will attend the meeting and contact person with relevant address and telephone number.

Attend an Event
You can invite Mayor Fougere to attend your organization’s event, or bring greetings to your next meeting. As the Mayor's schedule is busy and booked well in advance, please provide as much notice as possible, preferably two months in advance.
Written Greetings
Mayor Fougere can provide written greetings for your organization such as messages of welcome or letters of support. For written greetings from the Mayor, please allow 10 to 14 days advance notice.
Congratulatory Messages
Congratulatory birthday or anniversary messages are coordinated through the Lieutenant Governor’s Office. Please refer to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for specific information regarding which birthdays and anniversaries qualify and what verification is required. Please note that three months notice is required for congratulatory, birthday or anniversary greetings. While we are pleased to accept requests with less than three months notice, we cannot guarantee messages will be provided by the celebration date.
Proclamations
Proclamations are a ceremonial document, approved and signed by the Mayor to recognize a person, event or organization for a specific day, week or month. Proclamations request must be submitted at least one month prior to the proposed date for the proclamation.
