Councillor LeBlanc is a lawyer by trade, mostly working for unions, employees and people whose constitutional rights have been interfered with.
Like most Type A people, Councillor LeBlanc has won a few awards, including graduating law school with distinction, winning the 2020 5km event in the Saskatchewan marathon, and convincing his beautiful wife to marry him.
Councillor LeBlanc comes from a long line of working, everyday people in rural Saskatchewan. He entered both law and politics to make life better for everyday people, rather than folks who already have enough (including lawyers).
His priorities include addressing the addiction crisis, improving working conditions for workers throughout the city, and reducing noise from train traffic through Ward 6.
He lives near downtown, and enjoys exploring Regina’s excellent trail system.
