Indoor Arena Admission Fees
Visit our Leisure Passes & Admission Fees page to see current rates for Single Admission. Bulk Admission and Leisure Passes are valid at all arenas and outdoor pools and can be purchased at the North West Leisure Centre, Sportplex and Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre.
Book an Indoor Arena
Arena bookings for October to March are accepted from March 15 to 31 each year. Off-season booking for April to September are accepted October 1 to 15. Applications received after the deadlines will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Outdoor Skating Rinks
Outdoor ice sites are available for public use on a first-come, first-served basis unless previously reserved for community or private use.
All outdoor rinks are subject to weather conditions. Skaters are asked to use their judgment when using the outdoor rinks and not to skate on them if the surface is wet. Ice Shelters will remain closed when there is an extreme cold weather alert.
Dog owners are reminded that only eight outdoor rinks are designed as seasonal off-leash areas for dogs. These are open from May 1 to September 30 each year. Visit the Dog Parks page for more information and locations.

Outdoor Hockey League (OHL) sites are typically maintained into March to accommodate their season.
Community Association (CA) are supervised shelters. Keys will not be issued for these locations. For more information, email centralscheduling@regina.ca.
Shelters: Most rinks have shelters except Hind Park, Maat Park, St Francis Park and Williston Park.
Lights: Button-activated lights are available at rinks except Maat Park, St Francis Park and Williston Park.
Speed Skating Oval Public Hours: Open to the public 4-11 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No public access on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
