Residential Short-Term Accommodation Licences
rm accommodation providers will need to obtain a licence. The residential short-term accommodation
licence number is required on all advertising and marketing,
including online platforms, for the short-term accommodation. You must display your licence where
it can be seen by individuals using the residential short-term accommodation. You cannot alter,
deface, or reproduce your licence. A licence is not transferable from one person to another or from
one premise to another. A residential short-term accommodation licence is required for each
residence. The City can revoke your residential short-term accommodation licence if you contravene
any section of The Residential Short-Term Accommodation Licensing Bylaw. Complete application form
in full: Applicants must provide name, address and contact information, address of the short-term
accommodation, building type, name and/or URL where the short-term accommodation will be marketed, and proof of principle residence and names of all adult persons
that reside in the principle residence (if applicable). Consent: If you are renting or leasing the
property where a short-term accommodation will be operating, written consent from the property
owner is required through the Landlord Consent Form. Corporation Documents: If the applicant is a
corporation, proof of registration of a corporation with the Corporate Registry (Saskatchewan) or
equivalent federal or provincial registry must be submitted. Fire Inspection: A fire inspection is
