Make a Request to Present to Committee/City Council
To present to City Council/Committee regarding an agenda item, you must submit a request by completing the online form or calling 306-777-7262 for assistance with your registration request. Deadline to register is no later than 12 p.m. on the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting, or no later than 12 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the scheduled meeting when a statutory holiday falls on the Monday. A written brief in advance is not required to present to a Committee, but it is required to present at a City Council meeting.
Effective June 2024: Only the author or the organization representative can read the approved written submission into the record of a committee or City Council meeting. Requests to have the submission read into record by a third party is no longer permitted.
If you require assistance, please contact Office of the City Clerk at 306-777-7262.
By signing up as a delegation to speak/address City Council or any Committees of Council, you are giving consent to be recorded if attending in person or virtually and having your submission added to the official record for the meeting. Your civic address, personal email address, and phone number will not be published to Regina.ca. Any questions regarding the City of Regina Privacy Policy can be sent to lafoipp@regina.ca.
