To arrange a next day inspection, please submit the request form prior to 3 p.m. You will receive a phone call from the Inspector to book a time for the inspection between 7:30 and 9 a.m. the morning of the requested date.
Residential Inspections include one or two unit dwellings (including semi-detached and duplexes), all residential decks and accessory buildings (including those serving multi-family dwellings).
